Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Your Items

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our boutique team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days to your original payment method.
